1. The app doesn’t recognize my parcel. What should I do?
This could be because we haven’t yet received the barcode from the sender. Try again later. Make sure you entered the correct barcode and postcode, and selected the right postal service. If unsure, choose “I don’t know.” If your postal service isn’t listed, send us a message via the app and we’ll add it.
2. Can I track parcels from other carriers in the My bpost app?
Yes! You can track parcels from PostNL, DPD, DHL, and other carriers—just enter the barcode or scan it using the app.
3. Is it safe to pay customs fees through the app?
Absolutely. Payments made via the My bpost app are secure and verified. This helps you avoid scams or phishing attempts that mimic customs notifications.
4. How do I set or change delivery preferences?
In the app, go to the “Delivery Preferences” section. You can set default preferences or adjust them for each parcel individually—super flexible and convenient.
5. Can I create and print shipping labels from the app?
