FAQs
1. Are my hidden files stored online or in the cloud?
No, all your hidden files are stored locally on your device. They’re not uploaded anywhere. For safety, make sure to back up your data before resetting or switching devices.
2. How can I open GalleryVault if the icon is hidden?
You have two options:
· Visit this URL in your browser: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv
· Or, go to your phone’s system settings → Apps → GalleryVault → Tap “Manage Space” to launch the app.
3. What if I forget my passcode?
You can reset it using the “Forgot” option on the lock screen. If you’ve received a setup email from GalleryVault, search for “thinkyeah” in your inbox and follow the instructions. Or resend it by failing the unlock twice and tapping “Resend Auth Email.”
4. Can I download media directly into the vault?
Yes! GalleryVault includes a media downloader that lets you save content directly from websites or social media apps (like TikTok) into your secure vault.
5. Does GalleryVault support SD cards and different file types?
Absolutely. It supports SD card storage and hides a wide range of file types—images, videos, GIFs, documents, and more. You can also move encrypted files between internal storage and SD card.
