FAQ
Q: How do I start earning points (Żapps) with the app?
A: After you register and verify your phone number, the app will generate a personal QR‑code. Simply show this code to the cashier at checkout or scan it yourself on the self‑service terminal. Each eligible purchase will add Żapps to your account automatically.
Q: Which purchases give me Żapps and are there any exclusions?
A: Almost every product you buy in a Żabka store earns points, but a few items such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco and certain promotional goods may be excluded. The app will show a small “‑” next to excluded items, so you always know what contributes to your balance.
Q: How can I redeem the Żapps I have collected?
A: Open the “Rewards” tab, browse the catalogue of hot coffee, snacks, cold drinks, sweets and other merchandise, then tap the item you want and confirm the redemption. The required number of Żapps will be deducted and you’ll receive a digital voucher that you can present at the checkout.
